Relay Network is HITRUST and SOC2 Certified and manages its infrastructure to the NIST Security Framework.
Relay Network’s Cloud Infrastructure is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS follows all industry best practices related to information processing. Relay has architected its systems in accordance with AWS’s best practices in regard to security, data transmission, data transfer and access. The system has been architected with auto scaling to ensure proper capacity levels are available at all times. AWS undergoes SOC1, SOC2, and SOC3 Audits and holds the following certifications: HITRUST; HIPAA; PCI DSS Level 1; Cloud Security Alliance; ISO 27001; Federal Information Security Act (FISMA); and Federal Information Processing Standard Publication (FIPS 140-2).
2025 Penetration Testing Complete
Relay Network's 2025 Penetration Testing was completed by Meditology Services. The Executive Summary has been posted to the Trust center for review.
HITRUST r2 Interim Assessment Complete
Relay Network completed its HITRUST r2 Interim Assessment in September 2025. The Interim Assessment Letter is available for review.
Annual Policy + Procedures Review Complete
Relay Network has completed its annual Policy + Procedures review for 2025. These documents are valid through June 30, 2026. All documents have been uploaded to the Trust Center.
2024 SOC 2 Type 2 Report
Relay Network's 2024 SOC2 Report is now available for review.
New Certificate of Insurance Available
Relay Network's 2024-2025 Insurance Certificate is now available.
